2. Unlock setup

Copy the setup key from INSTALL-ACCESS.txt in your downloaded ZIP. Keep that file outside the public website folder.

5. Database

For MySQL, create an empty database and database user in cPanel → MySQL Databases, then assign that user all privileges on the new database. Include the account prefix in both names.
